Glass Entrance - Eastnor

Glass Entrance - Eastnor

We recently completed a bespoke glass entrance installation at a beautiful church in Eastnor, Herefordshire. The project was carried out in three stages.

Visit 1 - We digitially scanned the opening using a Prodim Proliner machine. The proliner has a measuring head that can be rotated in every direction and has a wire that can be stretched out for several metres. At the end of the wire is a metal measuring pen. With this pen, you can simply mark the relevant points. This is then converted into a drawing file, where we can calculate accurate glass sizes using AutoCAD.

Visit 2 - Custom templates were manufactured and installed to achieve a tight tolerance around the stonework and intricate timber arched head.

Visit 3 - The glass was expertly manufactured in-house before our experienced glazing team completed the installation.

A fantastic project that showcases our commitment to precision and quality craftsmanship.
